Note: To use the “Remote Manager”, the public IP range of your PC must be registered in the connagtive IoT device suite platform. You can do this from the GUI. The steps are mentioned below:

  1. Open any of your device in and navigate to “Remote Access” page.

  2. Scroll down to “Remote Access Activation and Settings“ section and on the right side you will see “Whitelist IP Status“ section.

  3. In that section click on “Whitelist Login IP“ button and you should see a message “Your IP address is whitelisted“.

  4. Refresh the page to see your whitelisted IP address and it’s validity. The whitelisted IP address is valid for 4 hours and you need renew it once it expires.

  5. You can also “Renew” or “Delete” the whitelisted IP.
